Per-visit invoicing is how the mowing industry hides price increases. You get a bill for $75, then $95, then $110 — and by the time you notice, you're paying 40% more for the same service.

We don't do that. Every maintenance plan we sign runs on a fixed monthly number for the entire year, regardless of how many weeks the month has or how much grass grew. If we under-quoted, that's our problem. If we over-quoted, that's also our problem. The number you sign is the number you pay.

What clients ask us about the plan.

Straight answers to the questions that come up on nearly every maintenance quote.

How much does weekly mowing cost in Austin?

For a standard quarter-acre residential lot on the Essential plan, expect $180–$260 per month. The Complete plan with fertilization and cleanups runs $320–$420. Larger lots, corner lots, and properties with heavy bedwork scale up from there. Every quote is fixed monthly, not per-visit.

What if it rains on my service day?

We monitor weather daily and shift the schedule as needed. If we skip a week due to weather, you'll see it reflected in your next month's invoice — we don't charge for visits we couldn't perform. If the grass is fine the following week, we may just resume on schedule. Either way, no surprise charges.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No early termination fee, no annual commitment, no auto-renewal you have to fight to escape. We'd rather earn the renewal than trap you in it.

Can I pause service while I'm out of town or between tenants?

Yes. We pause and resume service with one email or call — no penalty, no minimum suspension period. Many of our clients pause during extended travel or while a property is between tenants. When you're back, we resume on the same day and the same crew.

Do you provide the crew's insurance and background checks?

Every crew member is on our payroll (not a subcontractor), fully covered under our $2M general liability policy and workers' comp, and background-checked before their first day. We provide certificates of insurance to any client or HOA on request.

What's NOT included in the plans?

Essential and Complete don't include tree work over 15 feet (that's a licensed arborist job — we can refer), extensive bed redesigns, hardscape repairs, or irrigation mainline repairs. Those are quoted separately as one-time work. Full Care includes standard pruning and irrigation repairs as part of the plan.

Can I add services like tree trimming or irrigation repair?

Absolutely. Any existing client can add one-time services at our standard rates, and we'll quote them in writing before starting. Many clients on the Essential plan add occasional tree work or irrigation repairs as needed — no need to upgrade to Full Care unless you want the ongoing coverage.
